Meet our Founder...
An Expert Ready to Make a Difference in the Community
Kiristan Leftwich, MS
Even before the organization was founded in 2023, Kiristan Leftwich, Founder, President, and CEO, has provided employers with high quality and professionalism. She has experience in private and non-profit sectors but has an unwaivering passion for service. Kiristan has over 15 years of experience in human services, including emergency shelters for men, women, and children, rapid rehousing, transitional housing, and foster care services. With an extensive service background in management and an undergraduate degree in business, the tools needed to fulfill her dream of founding a non-profit were cultivated over the course of her career.
Kiristan and her team have over 30 years of collective experience providing award-winning administrative, executive-level support, and office management to DC metro-area companies and non-profit organizations. She has an expert eye for detail while meeting project milestones every time. Kiristan received her B.S. in Business Management in 2015 from the University of Maryland University College with a high GPA and has taken coursework and training and pursued other business ventures over the span of her career, which has given her real-life experience as well as the education and expert-level skill set that gives her a competitive edge. To further her dedication to helping others, Kiristan earned a Master of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Organizational and Social Services in 2022 to further her knowledge in service delivery and commitment to the community.
As the Founder, Kiristan has instilled high-level customer service expectations in the firm and a willingness to get the job done every time. That's the vision that has been transferred and the motivational drive to provide the best service consistently and on budget. As a daughter who was the primary caregiver for her mom, a retired DC Police Officer, and a former pediatric Nurse until her passing in January 2020, Kiristan understands the needs of seniors and anyone else who needs a helping hand.
